Role Details
Location: Eaglescliffe, Stockton-on-Tees
Rate: Circa £350 per day (Inside IR35)
Start Date: Immediate
As a Site Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering this project, working closely with the Site Agent to ensure all engineering, documentation, and quality control activities are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day engineering duties, including setting out and monitoring site activities.

Manage and maintain accurate project paperwork and documentation.

Oversee and implement quality control to ensure all work meets high standards.

Provide technical support and guidance to the site team and subcontractors.

Monitor project progress, address challenges, and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Essential Requirements:

Experience: A strong background in site engineering, with rail experience being essential.

Qualifications: A relevant degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Skills: Excellent technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.

Proficiency: Experience with engineering software and setting-out equipment.
