  • Highlighting inefficiencies with machinery and equipment, whilst generating practical solutions 
  • Maintain asset performance and initiate process improvement 
  • Complete PPM tasks efficiently and effectively    
  • Respond to breakdowns within a timely manner 
  • Actively participate in root cause analysis activities 
  • Undertake training and development to improve skills, knowledge and understanding   
The PersonThe successful Maintenance Technician - 
  • Minimum BTEC/ HNC qualification in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Experience of working within a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team 
  • Utilise problem solving capabilities and root cause experience to generate practical solutions
