My client based in Teesside is seeking a CNC Machinist for a permanent position.
The ideal candidate should have advanced experience operating CNC Lathe and Vertical Borer machines.
Duties include operating and setting up CNC machines, programming, following engineering drawings, and conducting maintenance.
The salary for this role ranges from £34,000 to £44,000, depending on experience.
The position requires an immediate start and involves a rotating weekly shift pattern.

My client based in Teesside is looking for a CNC Machinist to join their team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate for the role would have experience operating CNC Lathe and Vertical Borer machines to an advanced level and be able to hit the ground running.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Operate and set up CNC machines to produce precision parts
Programming to prepare jaws, parallels, jigs or fixtures
To follow engineering drawings and specifications
Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently
To work with a range of materials
Measure and examine completed parts to verify conformance to specifications using precision tools like micrometres and calipers
To operate computer systems for the loading of programs and recording of work activities
All other workshop requirements as and when required, including housekeeping duties to keep a clean and tidy work environment

Salary: £34-£44k, experience dependant

Hours: 2 shift pattern, rotating weekly

Role: Immediate start for the right candidate
