WysePower is the leading provider of temporary services to the construction industry and is looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join the team based in the North East.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • Procurement of labour, materials and plant to complete site-based activities.
  • Preparation of risk assessments and method statements.
  • Actively seek and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Value engineering of existing projects to maximise margins.
  • Regular site visits/inspections.
  • General day-to-day running of the operatives.
  • Control of depot-held stock.
  • Preparation and submission of tenders in line with the specifications of the client and the technical expertise of the company.

Essential Skills
  • Time-served Electrical Apprenticeship
  • Electrical Installations Parts 1 & 2 (minimum)
  • NVQ Level 3
  • Good understanding of the electrical test and inspection procedures
  • Good communication skills, as the role is client-facing
