We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team and oversee projects in the North East and North Yorkshire regions. As a key member of our organisation, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in the scaffolding and rail sector and a thorough understanding of the rail industry.

• Manage and oversee contracts in the scaffolding and rail sector in the North East and North Yorkshire regions
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the scaffolding and rail sector
• Strong understanding of the rail industry and its regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
