About the Role:

Our client, a leading name in the insurance sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Product Training Advisor. This role is pivotal in developing and delivering training programmes for team members across various departments, ensuring they receive top-notch training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes for the Operations and Sales teams, focusing on insurance sales, policy adjustments, and product knowledge.
  • Induction Programmes: Facilitate induction programmes, ensuring new team members are well-prepared and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Change Management: Collaborate with the Head of Business Improvement to identify and implement the most effective training delivery methods.
  • E-Learning: Develop engaging e-learning materials to support continuous professional development (CPD) and product knowledge.
  • Learning Management System: Champion the use of the Learning Management System to drive innovation and enhance employee engagement through blended learning techniques.
  • Compliance & Risk Induction: Manage the Group Compliance & Risk Induction Programme for new starters.
  • Consultancy Support: Provide consultancy support to various business areas, offering advice and developing training materials as needed.
  • Ad-Hoc Training: Identify and address any additional training needs, ensuring all team members receive the necessary support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training development and delivery, within the insurance sector.
  • Strong understanding of e-learning platforms and blended learning techniques.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required
  • Knowledge of L&D best practice and learning methodologies.
