Interim Talent Acquisition Partner

400 per day plus expenses outside IR35

An ideal role for an experienced Talent Partner who is used to heading up recruitment at all levels in busy manufacturing environments. This needs an experienced individual who can manage multiple vacancies, support internal teams, working closely with the senior management on their recruitment needs and manage the candidate journey for all applications.

More information on this role:

  • Be an ambassador for this global manufacturer as the first point of contact for candidates in the recruitment process.
  • Ensure full accountability for implementing the appropriate recruitment strategy in alignment with this global manufacturer.
  • Work in collaboration with internal stakeholders to agree the appropriate candidate attraction including advertising, brand management, sourcing and the appropriate assessment strategy to attract the right talent for the business.
  • Work closely with the HR team to support the onboarding of new candidates.
  • Provide recruitment insight from past experience, market intelligence and your knowledge of the manufacturing sector.
  • Build and develop strong relationships with third party suppliers including job boards and recruitment agencies for future recruitment.
  • Be hands on in approach, keen to get involved in all aspects of the recruitment process managing your own administration.
  • Management of all candidates offers including prompt offer confirmation and issuing of contracts.

What experience do you need in your background for this role?

  • Ideally, you will have in-house recruitment experience working in fast paced manufacturing environments delivering successful solutions at all levels from shop floor up to senior management.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry and talent attraction for the manufacturing sector to provide the necessary insight on process, salary bandings and appropriate sourcing techniques.
  • Previous knowledge of basic HR principles and employment contracts.
  • Any experience of HR generalist activities would be a significant advantage but not essential.
