Reed have EIGHT exciting Credit Control positions to join our client's dynamic finance team on a full-time and permanent basis. These roles are crucial in engaging with both internal and external customers to build strong relationships, minimise bad debts, and maximise cash collection.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Proactively engage with customers to secure timely payments and address overdue invoices, ensuring smooth financial operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to swiftly resolve customer queries, enhancing customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Manage customer correspondence meticulously, maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts.
  • Work closely with team members to provide robust support and drive the achievement of business goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

The successful candidates must have proven experience in credit control and proficient using Microsoft Excel.
