Are you a highly skilled Credit Control who is IMMEDIATELY available? If so, I'm representing a client who are recruiting for a seasoned Credit Controller to join their team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. This role is crucial in engaging with both internal and external customers to build strong relationships, minimise bad debts, and maximise cash collection.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Proactively engage with customers to secure timely payments and address overdue invoices, ensuring smooth financial operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to swiftly resolve customer queries, enhancing customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Manage customer correspondence meticulously, maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts.
  • Work closely with team members to provide robust support and drive the achievement of business goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
