We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our esteemed client in the professional services industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys a blend of administrative and customer service tasks.
**This role is fully office-based Monday-Friday (9 - 5 PM) with one late shift per week, and one Saturday shift per month**
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer emails and inquiries.
- Communicate directly with customers to address their needs and concerns.
- Accurately upload and update customer details and other information in the system.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective service delivery.
- Print and post various documents as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within the professional services industry.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
