The Customer Service Coordinator will be working in our trusted Customer Service Team, dealing with all aspects of customer contact into the business, including providing a first class after sales service to support our website and contract customers. As a Customer Services Coordinator, you will be working with a variety of internal and external departments. You will put our customers at the heart of everything you do and be an advocate for the business. You’ll naturally promote and embrace our inclusive team environment and we’re sure you’ll have some fun along the way!Key Responsibilities: General administration duties including keying orders, issuing refunds, maintaining stock availability reports, maintaining cancellation reportsResponding to social media feedbackReceive inbound calls, and make outbound calls to customers, branches, carriers and in house departmentsOther ad-hoc duties as requiredYou: You’ll be self motivated and a real team player, ideally with some experience in a busy contact centre and have the ability to demonstrate strong communication skills. You’ll thrive in a team environment, supporting the wider team while setting and maintaining high standards of work. You’ll have excellent organisational skills, the ability to work on your own initiative and you’ll love providing the best customer service. Our Customer Service Team are expected to bring exceptional experience to the team, be creative, informed, willing to learn,and willing to share.Required skills and competencies: Proficient using Google email, Google sheets, and Google documents, or Microsoft equivalent. It is essential that you have good computer and numerical skillsAble to demonstrate experience in a service or call centre or customer service environment specifically taking telephone calls and dealing with inbound and outbound emailsHave the confidence to learn new systems and processesBe competent in dealing with customers, and external suppliers and carriersHigh standard of written English and a great, personable telephone mannerHave a positive, can do attitude, and enjoy working as part of a teamBe able to have difficult conversations and use your complaint handling experienceUs: From boilers to bathroom suites, tubing to towel rails and everything in between, we have all the products our customers need to complete the job.
