About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic German-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a customer service professional, you will provide exceptional support to our customers by resolving inquiries and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both German and English and have a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and live chat in German and English.
  • Respond to customer queries efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist customers with product information, technical issues, and account-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer problems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Ensure customer feedback is captured and shared with relevant teams for continuous improvement.
  • Achieve performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Previous customer service experience (preferably in a call centre or similar environment).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • IT literate with experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
