Sonic Summary

Empowering Learning is seeking a Creative Teaching Assistant for a SEN school in the Stockton area.
The position requires availability 5 days a week, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Candidates must hold a level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience, along with at least one year of experience working with students with SEND needs.
Experience with behaviors that challenge, as well as knowledge of PECS and Makaton, is preferred.
A DBS on the update service is required, or candidates must be willing to apply for one.

Empowering learning require a Creative Teaching Assistant to work in a SEN school in the Stockton area. The role is 5 days a week Monday to Friday 8.00am-16.00 pm.

Hold a level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant qualification and experience
Be responsive, flexible and sensitive to the differing needs of pupils. Including those with SEND needs.
To support students with ASC and SEMH needs
Experience of behaviours that challenge
Experience of PECS and Makaton would be an advantage
