Our client, a private care provider with a strong reputation, is seeking a dedicated Home Manager to join their team. Based in Middlesbrough, this role offers the chance to lead a residential care home that requires improvement.

Commutable from Redcar & Cleveland, Middlesbrough, Guisborough, Thornaby, Saltburn-by-the-Sea and surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity with a salary of £50,000 plus a bonus. You'll enjoy up to 33 days of annual leave and have the chance to develop and progress within the company. It's a role that truly rewards dedication and expertise.
