- Manage a caseload of complex Employee Relations issues from start to finish, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution.
- Provide expert advice on employment law and HR best practices to senior management.
- Support and guide managers through performance management, sickness absence, and disciplinary procedures.
- Mentor and support junior HR team members, fostering their development and ensuring best practices.
- Work with external agencies, such as Early Conciliation and Occupational Health, for high-risk cases.
- Analyse HR data and provide management with insights into turnover, retention, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- A skilled HR professional with substantial experience in Employee Relations.
- Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experienced in providing guidance and support to senior leadership on complex employee matters and managing cases.Â
- A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships and solve problems effectively
