Reed Business Support are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the senior executives. The ideal candidate will be adept at preparing reports and presentations, managing communications, and coordinating various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of executive activities.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Provide direct support to the CEO and C-Suite team, ensuring efficient management of their schedules and responsibilities.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other members of the organisation to facilitate successful business operations.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, coordinating calendars to avoid conflicts and ensure optimal time management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for domestic and international trips.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of files and documents, ensuring sensitive information is securely managed.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and assist with the follow-up actions to ensure meeting outcomes are implemented.
  • Coordinate the reception of visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Assist the marketing team with social media content and strategy, contributing to the organisation’s online presence and engagement.
