The Role? 

Working as an Accounts Team Lead, on a full-time and permanent basis, you will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of the company and carrying out various financial tasks, contributing to the production of accurate financial statements and information.

The Responsibilities? 
  • Sales Ledger; create and amend customer accounts, generate customer statements and assist in credit control management, manage the credit provision system, including reporting invoices and potential bad debts, allocate customer receipts and maintain sales ledger accounts, communicate effectively with Customer Services and Finance team members,  release and stop customer orders as needed
  • Purchase Ledger; verify supplier bank details and process supplier invoices/credit notes, reconcile supplier statements and intercompany balances, manage supplier queries and price check invoices
  • Bank & Cash Book; perform bank reconciliations and enter bank transactions in SAP, handle inter-account transfer postings in SAP
  • Stock; review duty clearance documents in collaboration with planner and logistics
  • VAT; log Spanish purchase VAT transactions with Spanish agent
  • Employee Expenses; review employee credit card and cash expenses
  • Other Responsibilities; supervision and leadership of two Accounts Assistants, serve as the point of contact for HQ finance department and oversee the daily management of the accounts inbox
