Construction Planner
Description & Background:
Hinkley Point C is a nuclear site, in which the project is to construct two major EPR nuclear plants. An opportunity has arisen within the DPD business unit for a Senior Planner to join the team drafting and maintaining schedules for HPC.
Responsibilities:
• Monthly Cost Report
• Production and maintenance of schedules
• Analysis of schedules to ensure most efficient workflow
• Critical Path analysis
• Leading schedule look ahead to ensure timely and proactive delivery
• Generating schedule reports as required
• Working with the Cost Manager to support the Monthly Cost Report
Experience Required:
• Relevant professional qualification, or qualified by experience
• Experience of Construction Planning.
• P6 SQEP.
• Experience of site works.
• Highly skilled in the use of all aspects of P6
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good IT literacy.
• Work from the office
Location:
• Hinkley Point C Site
Salary + Hours:
• Full-time, 10-12 hours per day, Monday-Friday
• £35 per hour PAYE
• 10 days on, 4 days off rota
