About Us:
Our client is the UK's leading supplier of hard landscaping, building, and roofing products, providing innovative solutions to the construction industry. As part of their continued success, they are looking for a reliable and diligent Gatehouse Clerk to join their team at their Eaglescliffe site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the gatehouse and control the flow of vehicles entering and leaving the site.
- Greet drivers and visitors, ensuring correct documentation is provided and verified.
- Monitor vehicle movements and record all necessary details.
- Communicate with site management to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Assist in maintaining site security by controlling access to the premises.
- Complete administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating logs.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., gatehouse, security, or logistics) is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with drivers, staff, and visitors.
- Good computer literacy, with experience in basic data entry.
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, if required.
