We are seeking a dedicated Junior Doctor to join our team. This role involves overseeing clinical trials in accordance with ICH GCP (R2) guidelines, ensuring the safety and well-being of participants, and maintaining high standards of data integrity and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research and a commitment to advancing medical knowledge.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Perform studies in strict accordance with ICH GCP (R2) guidelines and protocol specifications.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of each participant’s involvement, including investigations, adverse events, and medication changes.
  • Undertake administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in the pre-screening and recruitment of suitable study participants.
  • Provide medical care and oversight to clinical trial participants, including conducting physical examinations and other clinical procedures.
  • Review medical records and lab results of potential and current study participants.
  • Ensure timely resolution of data queries and participate in site monitoring visits alongside Clinical Research Associates.
  • Attend essential meetings such as Investigator Meetings, Site Initiation Visits, and Pre Study Selection Visits.
  • Participate in sponsor and regulatory audits, and maintain readiness for inspections.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must have a Valid GMC Pin
  • Must have the Right to work in the UK
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
