Retrofit Coordinator required for our client, a market-leading renewable energy company who specialise in designing and installing energy-efficient measures throughout the UK, such as ASHP, Solar PV, Hybrid systems and Insulation Measures for Domestic properties.

This is an office-based role with site visits being conducted throughout the week, so being in commutable distance to Stockton-on-Tees is a necessity.

Retrofit Coordinator Salary & Benefits

Retrofit Coordinator Job Overview

You will be expected to oversee the entire retrofit process, developing survey software tools, enhancing the customer journey and ensure compliance standards for both surveys and technical solutions.

  • Work closely with the Managers / Senior Team
  • Work across multiple different schemes and Government funded projects
  • Responsible for coordinating and managing retrofit projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with Eco4, GBIS, HUG, PAS 20230 standards
  • Conducting site visits and inspections as well as regular audits and inspections to monitor the quality and progress of retrofit activities
  • Manage the retrofit survey process, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance through the process
  • Serve as the primary contact for all stakeholders to ensure project goals are met as well as resolve any concerns or issues promptly

Retrofit Coordinator Job Requirements

  • MUST have previous experience within this role (12 months minimum)
  • Domestic Energy Assessor Qualification (DEA)
  • Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Assessment Qualification
  • Excellent soft skills and communication
  • Proficient in data entry
  • Will also consider someone with a background in M&E, HVAC, Renewables and Manufacturing
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Commutable distance to Stockton-on-Tees
