Retrofit Coordinator

Location: Stockton (Hybrid role with 2 days of travel per week to client sites)
Salary: Circa £45,000

Search Group Recruitment is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Retrofit Coordinator to join a leading renewable energy organization specializing in energy-efficient measures across the UK. This permanent role is ideal for someone passionate about sustainability and delivering impactful retrofit projects.

About the Role:

As a Retrofit Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing retrofit assessment and coordination processes. From managing the customer journey to ensuring compliance with industry standards, you will contribute significantly to high-quality outcomes in energy-efficient projects.

Youll collaborate with a growing team and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed smoothly and meet funding criteria.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage retrofit projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to standards like Eco4, GBIS, HUG, and PAS 2030.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits to monitor quality and progress.
  • Oversee the retrofit survey process to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Manage the PAS2030 lodgement process with Trustmark to align with contract delivery schedules.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, addressing concerns and achieving project goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Assessment.
  • A minimum of 12 months experience as a qualified Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator.
  • Domestic Energy Assessor certification.
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A valid UK driving license is essential.
