About the Role:As a Plumbing Training Officer, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical Plumbing and Gas training (Level 3 and above).
  • Support and guide apprentices through their learning journey, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
  • Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and work to the highest safety and quality standards.
  • Actively promote the organization's services and contribute to industry events.

About You:We're looking for someone with:

  • Strong technical expertise in plumbing, backed by relevant qualifications (L3 NVQ in Plumbing or equivalent).
  • An Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, A2, or D32).
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
  • Proficiency in IT, administration, and organization.
  • A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Desirable but Not Essential:

  • Experience with government training schemes or NVQ programs.
  • A teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, or Cert Ed).
