Empowering Learning requires several Level 3 TA's to work 1-1 and classroom based with students in several SEN settings such as PRU's, AP's and SEN schools in Stockton and surrounding areas. The role is 5 days a week, Monday to Friday 8.00am-16.00pm but may become permanent for the right person.
The schools are very focused on supporting students on their learning journey and want continuity for the students due to some of their trauma backgrounds.
- Hold a Level 3 TA qualification and experience of supporting students with SEMH needs.
- Be responsive, flexible and sensitive to the differing needs of pupils. Including those with SEND.

- Be able to work 1-1 and with small groups
- Communicate effectively in a variety of situations
- Ability to de escalate situations- team teach training would be an asset
