Role Summary:This high-impact role requires a skilled project manager and strategic thinker who can effectively coordinate and communicate transformation initiatives. Acting as a central liaison, the Transformation Project Manager will track, interpret, and present key data from business improvement projects, ensuring alignment and progress reporting at the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This role will appeal to an individual with a strong background in business analytics, management consultancy, or project management who is ready to lead transformational initiatives and optimise performance through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:• Oversee and track business improvement projects and initiatives ensuring alignment with organisational goals and KPIs.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful implementation of key initiatives and establish measurable outcomes.• Serve as a central point of contact for project updates, facilitating seamless communication between project teams and senior leadership.• Regularly monitor and report on project progress, risks, and achievements to the SLT, making recommendations for adjustments when necessary.• Conduct data analysis to identify performance gaps, root causes, and areas to improve the customer experience• Analyse and interpret complex datasets, transforming them into clear and strategic reports for different stakeholders.• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and support for transformation efforts.• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and best practices in project management and business transformation.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have:• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline would be advantageous.• Proven track record in business analytics, project management, or a similar field.• Strong experience in overseeing cross-functional projects and working with diverse teams to achieve business objectives.• Advanced Excel skills are essential for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.• Proficiency in PowerPoint for the creation of professional presentations tailored to senior leadership audiences.• Knowledge of project management tools would be beneficial.• Demonstrated capability in analysing complex data, identifying trends, and recommending actionable solutions.• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
