Key Responsibilities:
- Plant Maintenance: Ensure the smooth running of production by swiftly responding to breakdowns and managing proactive maintenance.
- Upgrades & Installation: Support equipment upgrades and installations to improve overall efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with relevant departments, ensuring seamless handovers and smooth operations.
- Health & Safety: Uphold strict compliance with health, safety, and company regulations to promote a safe working environment.
Skills & Experience We're Looking For: Maintenance Engineer
- Technical Proficiency: Solid background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Quality Assurance: A commitment to maintaining food safety and quality standards.
- Team-Oriented: Proven ability to work well within teams, contributing to a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Mechanical & Electrical Balance: You may have more experience in one area, but we welcome a mix of mechanical and electrical skills, just like Jared Pickering, who transitioned smoothly from the automotive sector to food processing.
