We are seeking a Client Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of our office activities and compliance with company policies and FCA regulation. This role involves supporting Financial Planners with application processing to meet client needs and providing accurate information to the team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to develop their skills over the long term.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Access secure computer systems to obtain data using our CRM system and provider sites.
  • Process various financial applications and transactions, including investments and pensions onto platforms.
  • Facilitate financial processes such as UFPLCS, drawdowns, and withdrawals on pension products.
  • Handle letters of authority and protection applications.
  • Arrange review appointments, prepare valuations, and report on charges.
  • Ensure accurate data capture and timely transfer of data across systems.
  • Maintain summary data and electronic filing of data.
  • Request missing information and resolve queries arising from work.
  • Provide ad hoc administration support to the manager and other team members.
  • Contribute to the development of internal office processes.
  • Manage telephone and email communications, handling sensitive information confidentially.
  • Ensure Client Reviews are booked in for respective Financial Planners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • GCSE in English and Mathematics.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to interpret and analyse data.
  • Excellent standard of written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to empathise and build strong business relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and the ability to find solutions.
  • Ability to manage own time and workload to meet obligations with partner firms.
  • Good computer knowledge, comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel.
