Role: Marketing Executive – Teeside   

Salary: up to £30K per annum

WorkingHours: Monday – Thursday 08:30-16:30 and 15:30 finish on Friday

General overview:

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you can expect a wide and varied range of responsibilities.

The position will support sales activity in generating leads and maximising opportunities to communicate with new and existing customers.

The role is best suited to an experienced marketing professional with a strong product marketing background. We are looking for innovative people who come with ideas, playing an active part in the future development of the business.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute and optimise marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print and events
  • Utilise CRM to enhance customer engagement and retention

Branding:

  • Create and maintain documents, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visuals
  • Support product marketing by developing product documents and specification sheets

Events & Exhibitions:

  • Plan and coordinate company participation in events and exhibitions
  • Ensure all events activities align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines

Website Management:

  • Content management and optimisation of company website
  • Monitor and analyse statistics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimise performance

Email and digital marketing:

  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and conversions
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including online display advertising
  • Monitor and analyse statistics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimise performance

SEO & PPC:

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organise search rankings
  • Manage PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and maximise ROI

Core Competencies

Education;

  • Qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Career Experience;

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar marketing role.

Desired Skills;

  • Marketing principles and practices
  • Website content management and optimisation
  • CRM software such as SalesForce, HubSpot or Monday.com
