Join Our Client's Dynamic Team as a Senior EC&I Engineer (Ops / Maintenance / Support)!

Are you ready to take your engineering career to the next level? We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior EC&I Engineer to work for our client in Stockton. This is an incredible opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that are shaping the future of the energy sector.

The Opportunity: We are now recruiting for a Senior EC&I Engineer to join our client's Operations Maintenance Support Team (OMST), based at their Stockton Head Office.

The Senior EC&I Engineer is a key role for the safe, reliable, and compliant operations, through effective delivery of all Electrical and Control & Instrumentation systems and associated equipment across stipulated operated sites within the UK and Europe. Effectively ensuring compliance, safety, integrity, reliability, and commercial considerations.

Ideally, you'll be based in the North-East/Yorkshire region and are happy to travel, with around 80% of your time at sites around the UK. This could be a couple of days, weeks, or months, onsite, or working remotely, delivering a mix of hands-on projects, outages, role cover, advising, planning, and researching that will see you use and continually develop your engineering skills, knowledge, and experience.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation & Control engineering, or equivalent.
  • Incorporated or Chartered professionally registered engineer.
  • Demonstrable experience of successful contribution in a 24/7 High Hazard, COMAH, MAH industrial environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, individually, and in a team delivering policies, initiatives, and compliance to meet business requirements.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating systems, upgrades, improvements, and modifications.
