Logistics CoordinatorLocation: Stockton-on-TeesSalary: £26,000per annum plus bonusHours: Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pmType: PermanentImperial Professionals are working exclusively with a global organisation based in Teesside who are looking to appoint a Logistics Coordinator on a full-time permanent basis.Duties:Planning shipments based on product availability and customer requestsProcess and create necessary documentation, i.e. COO, SASO etc. for destination purposesEnter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal and external systems and databasesKeep track of freight, warehouse, transport and supply management systemsKeep track of quality, warranty, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiencyCoordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storageResolve any arising problems or complaints in a timely mannerKeep internal and external customers updated on progress relating to their orders and deliveries from start to finishPrioritise own workload and demand against the business targetsMaintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
