In this exciting role you'll report directly to the Finance Manager, your primary focus will be ensuring that all purchase invoices are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll resolve any discrepancies, monitor the accounts inbox and issue sales invoices.
With the opportunity to manage the accounts for 3-4 locations around the UK, you'll play an important role in keeping things running smoothly across the business.

About you:
To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience in a similar transactional role within both Purchase and Sales Ledger, with a solid understanding of their processes and why they are essential to financial operations.
You'll need to be someone who enjoys resolving queries and can stay effective under pressure while adapting to changing priorities.
Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be important, as will your ability to communicate clearly, both face-to-face and over the phone.
You'll also need a flexible approach, as there will be opportunities to support and collaborate with other team members when needed. This role offers the chance to further develop your skills, expand your knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Additionally, experience with Sage or any other cloud-based software would be a valuable advantage.
