- Managing a team responsible for delivering efficient payroll, benefits, and HR administrative services across multiple regions.
- Ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and internal controls.
- Overseeing HR systems and payroll vendor relationships to ensure effective service delivery.
- Supporting general ledger reporting and resolving payroll-related accounting issues.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance payroll and HR operations.
- Managing onboarding, HR transactions, and company fleet administration.
- Contributing to both global and local HR projects and compliance initiatives.
- Extensive experience in UK payroll processing and compliance.
- Proven track record in team leadership within a shared services or HR/payroll setting.
- Exposure to European payroll operations (desirable).
- Experience in general ledger reconciliation and payroll-related accounting (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in HR/payroll systems (Workday and Resourcelink experience advantageous).
- Background in managing outsourced payroll providers.
- Strong Excel skills and overall IT competency.
- Experience in change management and a focus on continuous improvement.
