- Lead a team responsible for delivering efficient payroll, benefits, and HR administrative services across multiple regions.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with all relevant legislation and internal policies.
- Oversee HR systems and manage relationships with payroll vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support general ledger reporting and address any payroll-related accounting discrepancies.
- Drive process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of payroll and HR operations.
- Manage onboarding processes, handle HR transactions, and oversee company fleet administration.
- Actively contribute to both global and local HR initiatives, including compliance and project-based work.
- Solid experience in UK payroll processing with a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams within a shared services or HR/payroll environment.
- Familiarity with European payroll operations is a plus.
- Preferred experience in general ledger reconciliation and payroll-related accounting.
- Proficient in HR/payroll systems; experience with Workday and Resourcelink is highly advantageous.
- Proven background in managing relationships with outsourced payroll providers.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong overall IT proficiency.
- Experience driving change and a commitment to continuous process improvement.
