- Lead a team delivering accurate and efficient payroll, benefits, and HR administration services across multiple regions.
- Ensure timely and compliant payroll processing in line with internal policies and statutory regulations.
- Oversee payroll vendor relationships and HR systems to maintain high service standards.
- Support general ledger reconciliations and address payroll-related accounting queries.
- Drive process improvements to enhance payroll and HR operations.
- Manage onboarding processes, HR transactions, and company fleet administration.
- Play an active role in both global and local HR projects, including compliance initiatives.
- Strong background in UK payroll processing and compliance.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams within a shared service or HR/payroll environment.
- Exposure to European payroll operations is a plus.
- Experience with payroll-related accounting and general ledger reconciliation (preferred).
- Familiarity with HR and payroll systems – experience with Workday and Resourcelink is advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage outsourced payroll vendors.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong IT literacy.
