The Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee an exciting portfolio of projects spanning sectors such as Health, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Public, Education, and Defence. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing and delivering projects from inception to completion, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project delivery across diverse sectors
• Provide expert Contract Administration and Employers Agent services
• Manage and mentor a high-performing project team
• Procure and manage consultant teams, ensuring timely and effective appointments
• Oversee the strategic growth of the business through client management and business development
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contributing to business expansion and long-term partnerships
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

What Were Looking For:

• Proven track record of successful client project delivery
• Experience in managing teams and leading projects
• Strong background in construction, design, architecture, or technical disciplines
• Degree-qualified (preferably with chartered status or working towards it)
• In-depth knowledge of JCT contracts, including experience with extension of time, loss and expense claims
• Demonstrable client management and business development skills
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in managing consultant appointments
