Main Duties:
Raise and issue purchase orders for purchasing team.
Manage indirect spend/suppliers.
Negotiate and reduce costs for indirect spend.
Maintain and regularly review approved supplier list.
Maintain technical and safety data sheet registers.
Perform and maintain COSHH assessments for purchasing team.
Ad-hoc sourcing for indirect supplies.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
Assisting colleagues in tasks.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Essential
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Good team worker
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good English and Maths skills
OPTIONAL:
Successful candidate would have opportunity to further develop skills and qualifications through CIPS courses.

Monday to Thursday 8:00 16:45 and Friday 08:00 12.30
