Role Overview: As a Recruitment Consultant at Wolviston Group Ltd, you will control our busy temporaries desk within the Engineering sector. This role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to source, place, and retain top talent. Your expertise will drive the success of our temporary staffing solutions, ensuring our clients receive the best candidates for their projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary engineering roles, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placement and post-placement support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Utilise a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure the right fit for both the client and the candidate.
  • Negotiate terms of business and manage contract agreements with clients and candidates.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and job orders, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Extensive and demonstrable success as a Recruitment Consultant within the Engineering sector - minimum 5 years.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume temporaries desk.
  • Strong understanding of the engineering industry and its specific recruitment needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and databases.
