Heres what youll be doing:

Running a multi-discipline production unitthermoforming, extrusion, granulation, decoration, and warehousing

Leading a team of 25+ (including agency staff) and keeping production on track

Managing output, quality, and wastagemaking sure things get done right, first time

Getting hands-on when neededbecause youre a leader, not just a delegator

Keeping health & safety at the core of everything, while ensuring compliance with BRC standards

What Youll Need

At least 3 years in a Production Shift Manager, Production Supervisor, or similar role in high-volume manufacturing

Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment

A natural problem solversomeone who can think on their feet and make quick decisions

Ideally, an ILM Level 3 or 5 qualification (or similar) in Leadership & Management
