Lead and develop a high performing team to deliver the sales and EBITDA performance of the defined sector. Working collaboratively across the business to ensure sector strategy performance is achieved.Â
You'll be responsible for leading and managing a team of Regional Solutions Managers across the UK.Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for sales and EBITDA performance of the defined sector.
- Accountable for the delivery of the new business target of your sector and the pipeline development to enable future growth.
- Develop and drive the sector sales strategy in collaboration with marketing, across all sales channels and all customer sizes.
- Strong matrix management with key internal stakeholders to drive growth and an effortless customer experience across all channels.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Proven track record of successful management of sales and EBITDA delivery within a sales environment
- Excellent understanding of the marketing, competition and customers in a given sector
- Proven track record of developing high performing sales teams
