You will join a small friendly team as Finance Assistant covering sickness on a 6-9 month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Assistant Accountant, you will be an essential part of finance department, handling a variety of tasks and keeping financial operations running smoothly.

Your key responsibilities will include managing accounts payable, issuing sales invoices, calculating timesheets for payroll and performing bank reconciliations.

You'll have previous experience in a similar finance role, with a background in accounts payable, invoicing and bank reconciliations.

Ideally you will have hands-on experience using Sage 50. If you're already familiar with this software, you'll hit the ground running and be able to dive right into managing financial operations smoothly. Knowledge of Sage 50 will definitely be an advantage, helping you to keep things efficient and organised.
