Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase ledger and reconcile statements
- Oversee weekly supplier and subcontractor payments
- Allocate cash and perform bank reconciliations
- Handle credit control and ensure timely payments
- Process and input weekly timesheets
- Generate and submit HMRC reports
- Provide exceptional customer care, including managing customer inquiries and booking jobs for new builds
- Assist with general administration tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in accounts or finance roles
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a willingness to support the team
