Secondary School Teacher

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in behaviour management and educating students with special educational needs. Effective communication skills, tutoring abilities, and proficiency in English are essential for this role.

Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum
- Manage classroom behaviour to create a positive learning environment
- Provide additional support and tutoring to students who require it
- Develop and implement individual education plans for students with special educational needs
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and resources
- Organise and supervise extracurricular activities such as school trips or clubs

Experience:
- Proven experience in teaching at Secondary school level
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Ability to educate students with diverse learning needs, including special education requirements
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proficiency in tutoring students to help them achieve their academic goals
- Sound knowledge of the English language and literature
