A Support Worker is required for a specialist case management and rehabilitation company providing Support Work, Case Management, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Medico Legal services to children and adults across North East England, North West England and Scotland. They are driven to help clients recover skills lost through complex life-changing conditions, so they can live meaningful, rewarding lives. Full (35 hours per week) or part-time (16-20 hours per week) hours are available for this role. You will receive a salary of £16.00 per hour, along with a range of benefits including additional holiday accruing with service, a pension scheme, health cover and employee rewards! Previous experience of working in the Health Sector.
A UK Driving licence and familiarity with driving a Wheelchair accessible vehicle WAV).
Trained to NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or have equivalent experience e.g. completed year 1/level 4 of a recognised health profession degree course)
