Job Description:Are you a skilled Social Worker dedicated to promoting the welfare of children and supporting families?In this role, you will manage a varied caseload, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with families and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to identify the needs and risks of children and families.
- Developing and implementing care plans that prioritize children's safety, well-being, and development.
- Working collaboratively with families, multi-disciplinary teams, and external agencies.
- Supporting children in need, those at risk, or those requiring safeguarding interventions.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in children and families fieldwork or related areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of relevant child protection legislation and procedures.
