We are currently recruiting qualified Social Workers for our Children & Families Social Care Teams and Disabled Children's Team.

About the Role:

As a Social Worker in the Children & Families Social Care teams, you will build long-term relationships with children and their families. This varied role involves:

  • Responding to, coordinating, and delivering social care services.

  • Supporting children on a Child in Need Plan or Child Protection Plan.

  • Working with families involved in PLO and court proceedings.

  • Providing tailored interventions to support childrenā€™s safety and well-being.

  • Strong admin support, including typing assistance and a contracted resource provider for supervised contacts, reducing administrative demands on Social Workers.
