About Us: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team on a supply/part-time basis through Reed Education. Our school is dedicated to supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. The children at our school require tailored support to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN/SEMH needs.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support classroom teachers in managing student behavior and engagement.
  • Collaborate with staff to develop and deliver effective learning strategies.
