Designer Recruitment are seeking a Sales Consultant for a luxury home furnishings showroom in the Stockton on Teesarea. This role will encompass the sales and interior design elements of the furniture for all customers.
This is a permanent role offering up to £22,000 per annum + commission for the right Sales Consultant.
Sales Consultant duties:
- Achievingthe sales targets assigned by the Store Manager
- Maximisingthe conversion rate
- Managingquotations forcustomers
- Establishingrelationships with customers
- Fuelling future visits
- Managingeach visitor through the application of brand sales ceremonies
- Welcoming and understandingthe customer's needs to ensure a unique customer experience
- Communicatingthe brand values, qualities, and advantages of the product
- Usingthe sales tools (material samples, configurator, dedicated brochure, catalogue)
- Closing the sale of a product
- Cross Selling / Upselling of company products
- Respecting the visual merchandising standards through direct and continuous interventions
- Managing after-salessupport for customers
- Participating proactively in training activities and on-the-job training;
Experience for a Sales Consultant:
- 3-5 years of sales in stores
- Good experience in the Furniture sector
- Ability to use and promote sales tools to support sales (eg creation of renderings)
- Excellent sensitivity in understanding and managing consumer behaviour
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Team spirit
- Ability to analyse sales results
