We are currently looking for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our clients, a highly successfully, well established, independent Financial Advice Practice in Middlesborough.
We would require the successful candidate to possess Full CeMAP, CAS Status, and hybrid working will be offered to the successful candidate, 3 days in the office, and 2 from home with the initial onboarding period being full-time.
Working hours:
•            Hybrid Working (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
•            Fulltime initially during the onboarding period
•            Monday to Thursday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
•            Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
The successful Mortgage and Protection Advisor will be offered:
•            Basic Salary £28,000 - £30,000 (Depending on Experience)
•            Strong Commission structure
•            OTE £35,000 - £50,000 (uncapped)

Mortgage and Protection Advisor requirements:
•            Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
•            Ability to deal with 1st appointments and subsequent sign-ups.
•            Full CeMAP Qualification
•            CAS Status
•            CeRER (optional)
•            Full UK Driving Licence and Own Car
Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage and Protection Advisor:
•            Providing Mortgage and Protection business over the phone
•            Writing Mortgage and Protection Business
•            Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
