Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for Bulkhaul Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service ethos, the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks efficiently while working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring a professional front-of-house experience.
    • Answering and directing telephone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
    • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
    • Assist in coordinating office supplies and maintain stock levels
    • Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
    • Providing administrative support to various departments as required.
    • Ensuring the reception area always remains tidy and presentable.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • A professional but helpful and respectful manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
