Tranquil Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a skilled Welder to join a reputable company in Stockton. This role offers a competitive starting rate of £13.05 per hour, with the potential for progression based on performance and experience.

This position is initially for a day shift, but flexibility is essential as there may be a requirement to transition to a three-shift pattern.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in welding, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work. Experience with various welding techniques and materials is essential, as is the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship are paramount.Key Responsibilities:- Performing welding tasks to a high standard, ensuring all work meets the required specifications.- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.- Conducting quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards.- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.Skills and Experience Required:- Proven experience as a Welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.- Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and ARC.- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.- Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
